As the stewards of Minnesota, MN-FISH pursues state investments, policies, and best practices to shorten the time between bites.
Your donations ensure that your voice will be heard when we lobby state legislators and DNR leadership to support improvements in fishing opportunities across the state. We are working to protect our lakes and rivers from Invasive Carp, improve our hatchery system and urban fishing opportunities, and fight attempts to eliminate access to our valued fisheries.
Our Results? Just last spring, MN-FISH’s pro-angler advocacy and lobbying efforts resulted in $98.1 million of new investments for creating a state-of-the-art fish hatchery system, reconstruction of our public boat accesses and creating new shoreline fishing opportunities for all anglers.
